We do not collect, store, or use information about your visits to our website or about your computer, tablet, mobile, or other device through which you access our website.
Photography and video
We regularly collect photography and video of buildings and locations for the purposes of surveying as part of our normal work. This is done on location by our staff. Footage is collected and stored on the device then downloaded to our secure server before being deleted from the device. We do not seek to capture photography or video of individuals and will obfuscate or delete any that are captured unintentionally.
We also own and operate an unmanned aerial system (UAS or ‘drone’) with an attached camera for the purposes of surveying buildings and locations. This is always operated on location by a trained member of our staff, and registered with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to operate in categories A1 and A3.
Special category data
We do not seek to collect any special category data. This is identifiable data revealing: racial or ethnic origin; political opinion; religious or philosophical beliefs; trade union membership; medical, genetic, or biometric information; sexual orientation or activity.
