Coughton Court Through the Roof project has another award to add to its growing list of accolades after winning in the West Midlands regional Heritage category of the RICS UK Awards. The project will now go on to represent the region at the UK Grand Final in October.  This recognition reflects the expertise, commitment and collaboration of the entire project team and we could not be prouder of securing the long-term future of one of the UK’s most significant historic properties. The project was shaped by a rigorous, significance-led conservation approach. Detailed investigations provided a thorough understanding of the roof's historic fabric, allowing repairs to be carefully targeted and ensuring that interventions were both proportionate and justified. Congratulations to all of the project team and partners whose skill and dedication made this achievement possible. We can’t wait for RICS UK grand final in October.
