BROAD MARSTON MANOR, WARWICKSHIRE
The Tythe Barn located north of Broad Marston Manor is listed grade II*. The three western bays of the Barn were constructed in the late medieval period using cruck frames, with later 18th and 19th century additions.
We were initially commissioned to carry out a condition survey for a new owner. We have since restored the Tythe Barn, undoing unsympathetic alterations that were carried out previously, reroofing in Cotswold stone slates and handmade clay tiles, recladding the exterior in oak boarding and replacing oak boarded doors.
